Brief job description:	Parts Representative will be responsible for  processing orders for telephone and walk in customers,  and shipping & recieiving parts. Must be customer service oriented and have excellent communication and computer skills.  Will be required to utilize all electronic and manual resources available to the parts department. Warehouse Associate with excellent customer service and computer skills will be responsible for general warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, recording parts in the inventory management system and filling requisitons for coworkers and customers. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Computer skills and forklift certification required. Will also be responsible for assisting telephone and walk-in customers with parts sales as needed. Previous heavy equipment parts and/or mechanical experience preferred for both positions.
